Tapioca vs Rice in yoghurt

my 7mth old daughter has FPIES to rice. does anyone know if yoghurt with 'tapioca starch' instead of rice would/should be ok? I've tried to research to see if any similarities like rice and oats but to no avail I found a ' Protein and Amino Acids Comparison' which showed in a Serving Size: 100g Tapioca Protein 0.19g Vs Rice Protein 5.95g. I wish someone could tell me if that is what I should be looking at or if that would make a difference. any feedback would be greatly appreciated as I am very new to this

I know it's been a long time since this post but wondered if you got any answers.  My daughter is 14 mts has FPIES with trigger foods Oats, Barley, Rice and Wheat.  So basically any grain.  Found a recipe for bread with tapioca flour but am afraid to try.  Please let me know. Thanks
