when childern get fpies

Hello . I have an 11 month old son with Fpies. first  reactions I noticed how I started to expand diewhile introducing solids  between 6 and 7 months, but recently I started to wonder at what stage of development or age the child gets the Fpies if I can say so. Is it born with or does it acquire over time? I'm wondering  because I remembered that when I had problems with the amount of milk (I'm breastfeeding) I gave him the formula. initially regualr and then based on goat's milk. My son  was in 3-5 months and nothing bad happened. Can I assume that the son was already Fpies and cow and goat diary is ok for him?

I also have a second question. I know that among you there are many families where more than 1 child has fies. I also know that siblings can be fpies for the same and different products. I'm asking you theoretically how do you introduce solid foods to kids already having a fpies child? is the reaction pattern the same in siblings? e.g. both of them react at 5th intake of the trigger? does everyone react differently?
