Does your child have FPIES?  Do you have FPIES or care for someone who does?

We would like to know what YOU think – Please fill in the survey in the link below.

Food Protein-Induced Enterocolitis Syndrome (FPIES) is a type of food allergy that affects the gastrointestinal tract. Reactions cause delayed vomiting and can be severe.

The FPIES Foundation is collaborating with clinicians and researchers and families/patients affected by FPIES. We are looking for information from patients/families to further define future initiatives to improve care, research and support in this area.

The survey is a community poll of the patients and families living with FPIES and should take 10-15 minutes to complete. Your participation is completely voluntary and all of your responses are anonymous and kept confidential.  No personally identifiable information is collected or associated with your responses.  There is no compensation for responding nor is there any known risk. Survey will close mid June 2020.

Additionally, If you took part our previous survey last fall, please complete this new survey as well!

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey!
