My child is on a Pedialyte only diet for several days after a reaction. I find that it is easier to make my own Pedialyte than it is try to run to the store with a sick child if we do not already have some at home. This is a very simple recipe and most of us already have these ingredients in our kitchens.
4 cups of water
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
